If you have questions regarding ANA products or questions related to your order, please contact us by email atinfo@alternativeana.com. We will reply as soon as possible, between 9 pm (ET) and { 1} pm (ET) (except on holidays).


The articles are redeemable within 5 days following the date of reception of the parcel. The deadline is short due to hygiene reasons.It is only possible to exchange productis; note that we do not make any refund or give credit notes.

* We cannot offer return or exchange for international shipments (outside of Canada).

To return an item, you must comply with the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition. This means the product has not been worn, washed, or altered;
  • The carton label attached to the item must not have been removed;
  • Product package should not be impaired;
  • A copy of the invoice must be provided. 

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original state or in an acceptable condition.

Delivery costs for the return are at your expense, however we will take care of the shipping costs when we send you the right product. In the case of an error from our team, we will pay for shipping costs.



  1. Contact us via email at info@alternativeana.com ;
  2. Write your first name and last name, underwear name, size and the reason of the return (PDF to help you);
  3. Wait for your RMA number;
  4. Returned goods must be unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels­.
  5. Place the product in its original packaging and return it in a mailing envelope;
  6. Include a copy of the original invoice in the package;
  7. Send the package to the following address:

Exchanges will be made as soon as possible after receiving returned products to our office. 

We are not not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once we confirm we have received your package, we will send you an email and will process your request as quickly as possible.



If a product becomes unavailable during the purchasing process, we will send you an email to let you know. If necessary, we will reimburse you according to the original payment method as soon as possible.
